Concrete below freezing

In my somewhat limited experience you are fine to 28F or so, much below that I've seen them add calcium. I suggest talking to your local concrete company.
When you say -5 to 20F...if that's outside temp, would the crawl space temp not be higher? Also if it is a confined space you could temper it with some space heaters.
Also the ground temp in a closed space will definately help to keep it warmer.....Joe
