Behr concrete stain or Thompsons is good. They make a system. Sherwin Williams also. Look for an acrylic pigmented penetrating stain. Follow directions. Make sure floor is cleaned well (TSP works well to clean), free of oils and paints and acid etched as necessary to open the pores of the concrete to create a good bond.
