Have a 8 1/2" Compound mitre saw, would like to cut 6" oak Bar molding, but unable to fit into saw in installed orientation because it sits 4 1/2" high. Would appreciate receiving your excell spread sheet on how to cut the molding laying flat up against the compound mitre saw fence. The bar top is a hexagon, thus all cuts are outside angles and the angle total is 135 degrees. Using Crown molding markings on saw, result in 90 degree cuts.Since stock is expensive, please help with advise ?? / + chart./ Spread sheet.
Thanks John Stephan
