I have a Coleman "Presidential II" oil fired mobile home furnace, circa 1976, model # 8866A701, serial # 107564110. Recently I started to notice an oil smell and a exhaust or "carbon monoxide" oder. Upon examination of the furnace I found that the gasket inside the fire box access door or panal and also the gasket behind or on the inside of the access panal for the exhaust chamber where both cracked and chipped. Although I seem to have corrected the problem for the time being, by wrapping the door and access panal with a thick layer of aluminum foil, I would like to know if anyone can tell me where I can either buy the gasket material so that I can make the gaskets or purchase replacement gaskets for this make and model of furnance.
