The product will specify temperature ranges on the label. Temperature affects drying time, and longer drying times increase risk your wet stain will get rained on. As a rule of thumb, if night time lows are below 45 degrees, it is too cold. Follow the manufacturer directions on the label, and ask you paint store if they have a product suitable material for the current weather.
