Cobblewood Flooring

You must have seen that episode last week too. My husband and I have been wanting to find
out more information on it because we are trying to find out how we can have wood on our
concrete slab floors. Most of our floors will be ceramic, but it would be a nice change
to have the cobblestone floors. I know that we could install it if we knew what materials
to get.

For example, what type/size of wood is used and can you cut the tiles yourself?
Also, where can you find the rubber-based mastic? Or is there an equivalent floor
adhesive? Also, is there any special preparation/problems associated with installing
on concrete slab?
