It is wonderful, my hubby had to do some repair at begining because he insisted on acrilyc floor wax with sand---it is to solid so some popped---
he spread oil base glue over concrete---plain ol' pine (donated by friends so it would be dry)I also stopped anywhere I could see a remodel or repair going on---the different ages, tree breeds, etc made the floor far prettier than a one color---he cut all first mixing them as he cut then just grabbed when laying them---4-5 coats of oil base poly coating smooths the surface--- we have 2x4s 4x8s 4x4s 2x2s every size that isn't boards---be generous with the glue ( sealing the concrete we are sure would be a VERY good idea) both the concrete and wood soak up the glue---if you are still looking or have questions please e-mail us---BE SURE TO NOTE SUBJECT LINE "COBBLESTONE WOOD FLOOR"---i HATE JUNK MAIL "-)
