Ivory dishwashing liquid is fine. 1 tablespoon per gallon of water and follow with a clean water rinse. Too much soap and it will leave a film when it dries. I like to buff it dry with a towel.

You should dust mop the floor daily and wet mop it at about twice a week depending on the traffic.

If it is sealed the cleanup will be simple. The water will just bead up on the surface like a polished car.
