Try Drive-way Cleaner (I do not know the brand names). Basically, it is a low acid content cleaner. It will whiten/lighten the concrete. Hardware or Paint stores carry it.

I have used this type of product to clean 20 year old driveways of grease, rust, wood stains, and tire marks. Beware! Do not get this on anything that you do not want acid etched!
