Question addressed how to clean, seal and repair poured concrete roof, and its' underside, as well as the concrete walkway around the second floor of the house, and it's underside, i.e. apparent spots of rebar rusting and popping flakes and small chunks of concrete away (mostly on the underside) - Minimally on the rooftop - but need to avoid this, so want to repair it. Poured concrete steps going up to the second floor entrance also have some chunking happening on the underside along with mildew presence.
Since I am still waiting for a reply - please let me add that there is also mildew in some spots on the underside of the concrete. How do we clean this as well, and where does this fit into whatever process of cleaning, repairing, and sealing and painting we need to do to the concrete. We are planning on repainting the house (CBS) as well, but want to fix the concrete first.
