I assume one end of the wall will be up against another wall. That end you will tie into an existing stud using 1/4 or 3/8 inch lag bolts 4 inches long. The trick is with the free standing end of the wall. Stand the wall in position and mark the floor at the end where the last 2x4 will go through the floor and tie into the floor joists below. (You may have to rebuild your wall with a longer stud on the end) Here I am making the assumption that you can get to the joists below the floor. Cut the hole in the floor for a snug fit for the 2x4. The longer stud should go all the way down to the bottom of the joists, and be tied in with cross pieces if necessary. If your wall is free standing on both ends, you will have to do the same for each end.
Good Luck!
