MORE DETAILS! THE HOUSE IS 15 FEET FROM THE LAKE,THE ORIGINAL STRUCTURE WAS BUILT AROUND 1920.THE WALLS ARE CINDERBLOCK WITH NO ACTUAL FOUNDATION.THE HOUSE WAS ADDED ONTO SEVERAL TIMES WITH FRAME SRTUCTURES.IT IS SLOWLY SINKING ON THE WATER SIDE OF THE HOUSE. SOME SAY IT IS CHEAOER TO REBUILD THAN TRY TO RAISE, SOME SAY ONE CANNOT RAISE CINDERBLOCK THATIS THAT OLD AND WET. WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE. HOPE THIS ADDITIONAL INFO HELPS.
