Hi Tammie, you had best start from the top, ( the Chimney)
build your self a shoot ( 3 planks ) 1 flat, 2 nailed to the
sides, so you can slide the brinks down on the garden/yard.
you cant just drop them,
then just work your way down, ( remember to block all the
openings,) soot is a hell of a job to clean up after.
make sure that none of the floor joists are built into
the chimney, normaly they aren't but yoy never know,
the hard job is to repair the ceiling so take your time
and so it properly.... John 2000
