I would first check the fuse box.

If you have fuses, it is possible one leg of the 240 Volts is blown, Leaving only 120 Volts to the range.

For breakers, you should have a 2 pole breaker feeding the range, meaning both legs should have tripped. But, I have seen installations where the electrician used 2 - 1 pole breakers instead. If this is the case, you may have one of the breakers tripped. Also, you should change the breaker to 2 poles.
