You can paint this.

First clean with TSP and rinse well.

Sand with a 120 grit - al/ox sandpaper. Vacuum and damp mop. Let dry

Apply one coat of Devoe Coatings Two Component Waterborne Epoxy Primer # 4030-6130 a/p directions.

When that is dry, apply two coats of Devoe Coatings 4406 or 4408 Waterborne Epoxy S/G or Gloss finish - in your choice of color.

These product aren't too hard to use - BUT YOU MUST FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS EXACTLY - THEY ARE TWO COMPONENT PRODUCTS - AND IF YOU DON'T FOLLOW DIRECTIONS - THEY WILL FAIL!

They are available at ICI Paint Stores and/or a Devoe Paint or Devoe Coatings Dealer.
