Well have enough knowledge and tools to do the task? Insert All the Electrical Safety Warnings Here: work safe....power off....check with VOM/meter...........Is the heater 110 volt?.....ground available?.......AMP rating on the circuit breaker(OK at 20/15......replace if it's larger)? wire size?

You'll probably need to install a "box" in the foyer if non exists to act as a junction box.......you cannot hide a connection in the wall without permanent access to it......don't crowd the conductors in the box.........the outlet in the kitchen needs to be a GFCI if it's near the sink...........Wires need to be secured to the box and the box carefully mounted to the wall.............

For the inexperienced DIY there is NEVER enough information in a simple posting like this to cover all conditions ......report back again.....doug
