Justin, there are special drill bits for ceramic tiles which you can find
at most local hardware stores. These won't chip the tiles while drilling
your holes. One trick to make sure that your bit doesn't slide when you
start drilling is to take the bit and score the location that you want to
drill in. Use the tip of the bit and score an "X" so that the bit doesn't
slide when you start drilling. Hope this helps!
