I have a small garage that is very old and rotting that I plan to have taken down. I am planning to use the concrete floor as the base for a patio. The concrete is not level and has deep pits and groves; it probably was poured incorrectly years ago. Is there a way to level the concrete or do I have to get it dug up and repoured (which will be expensive)?
