Ceiling Paint Peeling

Sally, sounds to me like you may have painted over an inadequately dry ceiling and you had trapped moisture under the paint. I would suggest cleaning the ceiling well of all loose paint and allowing the ceiling to dry very well (run the vent fan for a while-I assume the vent fan is working properly! and don't use the bath or shower for most of the day), then apply a good primer coat to the clean, dry ceiling... Then follow that up with a good coat of paint. I assume you are using latex water base paint...they do make a water base latex primer now too... Hope this helps and good luck to you. LJ
