Though not an expert craftsman of any type, I just installed 5 in on "project" house and have avoided all wobbles.

If it is a flush ceiling mount, does it sit tight to the ceiling? If so, is the ceiling level? You probably tried this, but check all blade screws for tightness, both to the fan and to the blade. Sometimes you can see where one of the "things that hold the blade to the fan" (I forget what those are called) is not in line with the others where it connects to the motor housing. One wobble I got rid of by just swapping 2 blades (changing theirplaces, not getting new blades). The wood density variance is enough to cause some wobbles, but I would think the weight balancing would be able to offset that.

These are just my "non-expert" responses. The Jay J's, bc's, Steve Jones's of the world can probably help you out more.
