I lost the medium and low speeds on my ceiling fan. Took it apart and found a 4-5-4 microfarad capacitor burned out. Can't find make of fan, but found a model nmbr that is CU52(CGB525). Mfg in June 1990 in Taiwan R.O.C. Possible make is Concorde or Craftsmaid. A capacitor near this will work if size in not larger than 2" long 1-3/8" high and 7/8" wide. Still searching Internet.
