We have a Hampton Bay ceiling fan with lights and with a remote. We have 2 of them. The one remote works really well and you can stand far away and it still works. However, the other one, which is exactly the same, seems to not work as well. You have to get right up to the fan at a certain angle to get the light or the fan to turn on and off. Do you have any suggestions as to how to fix this problem. If not who can I ask. We have changed the battery and it did not make any difference. Please help! Angie
