ceiling condensation

Posted by jeff on January 26th, 2003 11:50 AM

I have a problem with water coming through the ceiling in my garage. It is also on the inside of the windows. The attic has a power vent, but the thermostat only goes down to 50 degrees. The power vent is the only vent it has on the roof.Should I also include other vents on the roof? It does have soffit vents & a vent on the opposite end of the power vent, but they are on the gable ends.
The garage is heated to about 55 degrees all winter and I turn it up a little when I,m out there. It is heated with a wall hung ventless gas heater. What can I do to stop the condensation?
