At the minimum use galvanized annular-ring nails.
For maximum protection against rust use stainless.
They will come with a very small head and the
rings help to prevent the nails from backing out.

The OSB was not a wise choice. Just make sure the
the top of the boards have a rain cap to prevent
water from getting between the cedar and the OSB.
