Cathedral ceiling/Crown molding

Anybody ever try to install crown molding on a cathedral ceiling???
Since all crown molding is for 90 degree angles (ceiling/wall), I can't
figure out what to do when the ceiling to wall is greater than 90 degrees.
The crown won't fit flush at both angles, if I fit it to the wall, it won't
fit flush at the ceiling and vice-versa. I've even tried a 3-piece configuration,
one mounted to the ceiling, one mounted to the wall, then attempted to
mount the crown to both...still it's wrong.
I've researched in countless books, but they never show cathedral type
installations...any help?????
