By more sensitive I mean that a crimp or bend that will not effect voice or even 56K connections of a modem will absolutely effect higher 10bT or 100bt connections.

I still do not recommend running a CAT5 wire outside for a computer hookup. Anyway I think if we were going to tell her to run it outside we probably should have told her to buy external rated cable.

At least now we have let everyone know that they can side their houses in CAT5. So we have that one covered. Just one question, can I side my house in soaker hoses?
