I want to enclose my deck 38'x14'. It is post and beam. Beam constuction, two 2x10x14 carrige bolted to four 6x6 posts cutout for beams. The beams run perpandicullar to the house and are lower than the rim joist. The two posts on the end of each beam (5 beams) are lagged to the footers with 5/8 allthread. At the far end of each beam it cantilevers 21" past the post. The floor construction will be 2x10x?, 12" on center, and also cantilevers 21". Will the weight of the walls(mostly windows) and roof be ok on the cantilevers?
