I looked at a number of manufatures and models. The closest was a Fasco. The diameter is 5 9/16". This fan has 5 blades (52"). A little larger than 3/4", I guess, 43/64" dia. shaft size. Probably made early to mid 80's. There's a number sticker on fan's motor 'No 113386', the serial is not readable. I could possible send you a picture of the fan and rubber flywheel. If you have any ideas of where I could purchase this flywheel, please let me know. Thanks for help, -Mike
