Can Skylights create condensation on A/C vents?

We purchased a new manufactured home and are having a problem with condensation on the A/C vents in the rooms that have skylights. Does this sound like a common problem or do you think there is more to it? Perhaps they were'nt installed properly, or are too close to the vents??? Ever heard of such a thing? They are beginning to rust and mildew the ceiling around the vents, not to mention the constant dripping of rusty water on our new floors. The dealer is trying to remedy the problem, but, don't seem to know too much about it, either. Would greatly appreciate your comments on the matter. Thanks.
