Burned Marble Vanity

Posted by TennJenn on March 19th, 2003 10:10 AM

I have just purchased my first house, but it came with a burn on the marble vanity of the second bathroom. Everything that I have read says that there is no easy way (barring replacement) to remove a cigarette burn from a marble bathroom vanity top. If I can't remove the burn, is there anyway to "fade" or "bleach" it so that it is less noticeable. It is right on the edge of the sink, so I can't simply cover it with a hand towl or soap dish.
