I've had much sucess with building bar-b-ques out of 55 gallon drums. I really don't have any blueprints due to the fact that each one is custom made to order. The possibilites are endless. You can make them gas, charcoal, wood burning, and smokers. If you have a wire feed welder and a chop saw it's easy. Just build it to meet your needs. If a 55 gallon drum is too big, you can even get a 30 gallon drum. Just make sure it is new or has been used for food storage. Ie.sugar water or syrup. Good luck.
