builder gone bankrupt

To make a long story short, after noticing a draft by the fireplace I decided to see if my builer had installed tyvec wrap correctly. I noticed that the north side of the house was not completely "tyvecd". Removed the siding in a couple areas and noticed the fireplace "bumpout" had not even been wrapped. Some contractors wouldnt even come out to look......."too busy", was the common theme. Forget the builder, my lawyer said it wasnt worth the time or money to go after him (house is now 2 yrs old - note I noticed this within the first year letting the builder know with no results). Anyway, does anyone have any suggestions to resolve this...Would one reccomend to retyvec the house ?? if so..any idea of expenses (2000sq.ft colonial) Could this be resolved with some type of "blown in" insulation ??
