I have had my mixer for probably 20 years. I love it and use it to make dough. The day before Christmas I was making a batch for rich sweet dough and had just put the lid on for the final six minutes of neading when I heard a loud crack and the bowl went spinning. I turned it off as soon as I could and the shaft which holds the bowl and the dough hooks had cracked into three peices. I would like to know if it is possible to get a new shaft? The mixer works fine other wise
