My husband and I are currently building a home. We are only using brick on the bottom of the house however, we did not think that there would be as much brick showing as there is. When we went to purchase the brick and mortor we were not given a choice of motar colors. I picked out a brick that I liked but it looks so much different on my house. I really believe now it is because they used grey mortar rather than a natural mortar. It really makes my brick so much darker than it is and I would like to change the color so it would brighten up my brick. Is this at all possible to use some kind of bag or somehting to change the mortar color?
