this happened to a friend of mine a few years ago on his front door he was locked in after a few hours of foam expansion Since the foam is probably dry by now i would take a razor knife or a sawsall blade and remove it then you could either try and refoam itand only put aminimal amount in or what I normally do is just take regular insulation and poke it in around the window with a putty knife hope iwas of some help
