bouncy floors

The floor in my living room is bouncy. It is over a crawel space.
The floor joists are 2x8's & are in good condtion. No notches or rot. The span is 14 feet & they are on 12"
centers. One side rest on the foundation wall & the other rests on a steel
I beam that splits the width of the house. When the house was built (about 1966) they did not use
bridging or blocking of any kind. I don't want to add a beam to split the span. I was considering 3
ideas either by them selves or in conjuction depending on the improvement (most results for my effort).
1: sister on another 2x8 to each joist. 2: sister on wooden I joists. or 3: Add blocking every 3.6' or 4.7'.
note: If I sister on 2x8's it reduces the working space I have between the joists making it difficult to
install bridging or blocking.
Any coments or suggestions are greatly appreciated.,
