Michelle, a stain is the addition of color. Bleaching is the removing of color. You might be able to remove the green grass stain on the knees of a pair of pants, but you cannot bring back color from bleaching. It is permanently lost. You can add new color toreplace the color that was lost but this is probably a job for a pro. The table top will have to be stripped so the wood will accept new color and a stain will have to be added to replace the lost color. Blending stains so you get the correct color is an art so that's why I suggest that you contact a pro to do it. Look in your phone book under Furniture Refinishing.
