I'm assuming that blackboard means built rite sheathing. I'm no mobile home expert, but for the best structural integrity, a building would be made with plywood, OSB, and builtrite in that order. If built rite is used, you must use plywood on the sides where I'm from [conventional]. The insulating value is not the reason built rite is used by builders, its purely economy.
