Arrange for ample ventilation, protect any non metal surfaces by taping layers
of newspaper around your work area, wear rubber gloves and apply a good paint remover.
Scrape off the residue after the alloted time according to instructions on the remover
(You could try using a hard plastic spatula for this to keep from scratching the original
baked enamel finish), and clean it up with steel wool. Try to keep from getting any
down the drain by temporarily plugging with a wad of newspaper. Good Luck!
