I am building a 24x26 addition and want no posts
or columns in the middle of my living/kitchen
room below. I am looking to span the 24' in 2 locations
making beam spacing 7' from the perimeter wall, 9'
to the second beam and 10' to the far perimeter wall.
These beams will carry a 2x8 loft floor, 40psf.
Can you recomend size and provide cost. The job is
in the Eastern Massachusetts area.
