Rick, as a new homeowner with paper over plaster walls I recommend being patient. We removed the wallpaper from the walls with a solution of vinegar and warm water in a spray bottle. The paper came off the easiest when we let the solution sit on the paper for about ten to fifteen minutes, but before it dried. The areas where we gave it more time came out mushc better and easier than the beginning sections where we rushed to get the paper off. It's a messy job, I recommend putting plastic down on the floor before beginning. Good luck! -Steve
