If it involves water and gas and fire, be concerned. They don't mix. Call the installer until the problem is corrected, meaning, it DOESN'T happen any more. If it's condensation, you don't want it!

If you did this install yourself, have it inspected by a pro. It's that bill or the nightmare involved with possibly rebuilding your basement or possibly the entire house! IMHO, simply not worth it.

PS: Forget about the warranty. Get it fixed THEN see if it's covered by the warranty. That shouldn't be your deciding factor ...
