Thanks for the recipe. I guess you cook the meat dry and then use the sauce when eating instead of basting while cooking. Talked to a texan last year who complained that one of our local bbq restaurants didn't know bbq like they do in texas. I'll come up with my own secret bbq sauce recipe so you can keep yours secret.
Anyway, next time someone asks for ourdoor bbq grill plans, we can tell them how to use it also.
