bathtubs & floors

Posted by jer on June 21st, 2000 02:52 PM

Howdy, all. We're redoing a bathroom in our 100 yr old
house. I've completely stripped the room including the one
layer of 1X flooring, installed new floor joists. I intend
to lay 3/4" T&G Sturdi-floor, then 1/2" Wonderboard, and finsih
with ceramic tile. My question is: do I set the bathtub
on the plywood, or the cement board? Sorry to be so long winded.
Any help will be greastly appreciated. Take care,
