HELP! I need to remove my bathtub in order to replace a portion of the subfloor underneath the tub due to water damage. I believe the only option I have is to move the tub out through the wall, which means removing two studs (cutting away approx. 2-3 feet from the bottom)to slide/roll the tub out. I don't believe the studs are load bearing. Is there anything else underneath the tub holding it in place, besides the drain pipes and is there a good way of pushing/rolling the tub out? Thank you.
