Marietta, the process of refinishing a bathtub is no different than repainting your walls, only the materials are different. To do your walls, you should clean them and patch any holes, sand to roughen the surface and smooth bumps, prime, then paint. The difference in materials used means that the process takes longer than repainting your walls, though.

Haven't seen Bruce M around in a long time. We miss his expertise.
