Hi there this is my first time on here. I hope someone out there can help me. We are in the middle of remodeling our bathroom and have already put up our tile in the shower area. We went to put on our faucet and handle, but to our surprise it would not fit. The reason being is that we added 3/4" from the cement board and the tile. The handle was one tat you pull up and turn left or right for hot and cold water. the spout is to long and will not screw on. Our house is on a slab and can not get to the piping to change anything. My house is 60 years old. I really do not want to pull off any tile, because it has taken us 1 month to get where we our now and frankly I am so tired. Please help me I will send pictures if it would help understand the situation better.
Thank you Please help
