I need an experts advise! I have a dark either blue w/colored spots in a cermiac, slate, or some other hard type of tiles on the floor. I was told that I can't put vinly tiles down because it won't stay stuck down. My question is why? When you need the sanded smooth ply wood in order to put vinyl tiles down, why won't smooth hard tiles work the same? there is no bumps or rough seames and it is smooth. Please respond because I already have the tiles and I want a brighter floor. Renae Chelewski at
