Bath fan

Fixer Upper, yes, the bath should still have a fan, even if it doesn't get used much.

The reason older trailers had fans in the wall is;

1- it's the shortest distance to the outside.
2- one less place for the roof to leak.
3- it meant not chewing up vital cabinet space for ducting.
