I AM IN THE SECTION 8 RENTAL BUSINESS IN PHILADELPHIA AND 90% OF THE HOUSES THAT I HAVE PURCHASED HAVE VERY POOR CONDITION BASEMENT WALLS.IN MOST CASES I HAVE BEEN MIXING CEMENT BY HAND AND THEN APPLYING THE CEMENT WITH A TROWL AND A HAWK , THIS SEEMS TO BE SO TIME CONSUMING AND ALSO VERY LABOR INTENSIVE .WE HAVE BEEN SPREADING 15 TO 20 BAGS OF CEMENT IN EACH HOUSE. IS THERE AN EASIER WAY TO CORRECT THIS PROUBLEM OR A BETTER METHOD OF APPLYING ALL THIS CEMENT,I WAS TOLD THAT THERE MIGHT BE A TOOL THAT CAN SPRAY CONCRETE ONTO THE WALL ? ANY IDEAS OR COMMENTS WOULD BE WELCOMED.
